As a consumer you always have the right to withdraw from your booking when you reserve a parking space online
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the contract date.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day ("Grundlovsdag"), Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email or a letter to us stating that you wish to withdraw from your booking. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

You can also withdraw from your booking on our website (use the "CHANGE BOOKING" option on the front page of https://www.cph.dk/en/parking-transport and choose "Cancel booking"). If you use this option, CPH will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from your booking, CPH will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which CPH is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. CPH will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

IMPORTANT – if you have already started your parking…
Please note that entering the nominated car park will be regarded as your accept of the start of your parking.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your parking has started, the amount reimbursed to you will be reduced proportionately from the total price of parking in the booking period to an amount reflecting the number of days your car has been parked until CPH was notified of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
