As Copenhagen Airport is a critical part of the Danish infrastructure, we have an important responsibility to keep the airport running and making sure that critical flight operations can continue. Many Danes are currently returning home and they will find many shops, restaurants and services to be closed or unavailable because of the guidelines and measures given by the authorities. It’s an extraordinary situation that affects us all. However, we are looking forward to welcoming you at Copenhagen Airport again and to introduce you to our many shops and restaurants.
In this guide you’ll find more information concerning the availability of restaurants, shops, and services.
Selected restaurants and kiosks will still be open to a limited extent and ready to service the passengers present at the airport. We do so in line with the current instructions and regulations from the authorities. Thus, it’s only possible to order take away in selected open restaurants and kiosks.
All stores are temporarily closed to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. This also applies to all TAX FREE stores at Copenhagen Airport Shopping Center.
Due to the current health crisis and the heavy decline in the number of flights in and out of Copenhagen Airport (CPH), the Click&Collect service will temporarily be unavailable. Thus, it will not be possible to place online orders or pick up your Click&Collect order in the TAX FREE stores.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to book online parking because of the current health crisis. If you need parking at the airport, it is still possible to drive into selected parking options, both close to the terminals and budget parking (open facilities are: P4, P8, P11 and P15). As soon as the situation allows it, online booking will be available again.
