CPH Customer service can be contacted via phone, online contact form or physically at the airport.

ATTENTION

Customer Service are very busy at the moment, and as we at Copenhagen Airport support the authorities' guidelines, we take the necessary precautions, which means that our customer service is less staffed.

It can give longer response time both by telephone and in writing, but you should hear from us as soon as we can.

Question when you are at the airport

If you have questions when you are at the airport, you are always welcome to contact us in our information counters, which you will find before and after the security check.

Before the security check

The information desk is located in Terminal 3 next to Starbucks.
Opening hours: 6:10 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

After the security check

The information desk is located on the main square, before Gate C.
Opening hours: 6:10 to 9:00 p.m.
