The plan for the future area is named Airport Business Park and is about to take shape.

Direct motorway access

The area covers more than 300.000 sqm. with direct access to the E20 motorway to Copenhagen, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the rest of Europe.

300,000 m2 of greenfield

The new business park is situated in a greenfield site covering more than 300,000m2 - an area the size of 44 football fields - next to the existing cargo area and the main gate to the airport.

22 meters in height

The zoning plan gives the opportunity to build up to 22 meters height with no restrictions on volume.

Airport Business Park is more than 1 kilometer long and between 150 to 275 meters wide.

Possibility of flexible building projects of over 100,000 square meters.

Expected investments for external investors / developers is DKK 2 billion
