Ethiopian Airlines Inaugural Event at CPH

May 22nd, 2023, was a day of celebration at Copenhagen Airport, as we marked the return of Ethiopian Airlines to Copenhagen Airport for the first time in nearly 20 years. The day was celebrated with flowers and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the morning arrival. In the evening Ethiopian Airlines had invited ambassadors and leaders from the industry to participate in a gala dinner held at the historic Vilhelm Lauritzen Terminal in Copenhagen Airport.

Addis Ababa is a beautiful city to visit

During the gala dinner, multiple speeches were held. It was mentioned that Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, is a culturally diverse city with a rich history and vibrant atmosphere, where it was advised for travelers to experience the local markets and delicious Ethiopian cuisine. Furthermore, Addis Ababa can also be used as a stepping stone to further explore Ethiopia's historical sites and natural beauty. Additionally, Ethiopian Airlines' vast African network can now be accessed from CPH for seamless travel further across the African continent
